I should also note: An other user reported an similar problem, but he missed MSVCP140.dll.
Because of this I've put this dll into the above linked zip file.
I'm wondering that you need the older 'MSVCP100.dll'. Maybe my program (BTS_Wrapper.exe) needs the newer version, but Civ4:BTS itself is linked again the older variant.
Thus, you need both.
I could also upload the file for you, if the other solution not helps.

Getting an error when trying connect to pbspy, not sure if games are still up.

I got on to PB45 without issue.

Got into PB88 fine, but exited PB43 when I noticed the timer was not counting down properly and my moves weren't responding immediately. The game seemed unstable.

Zulan wrote a few days ago that he want updating the server. PBSpy base on Django which unfortunatly is picky and often broke if some software package changes. I yo not know any dedails atm.

I had to restart all PB's to get PB43 back.
