Not really. That number is dynamically created, which is one of the nice things about the Civpedia when you don't mess with the DLL.

The string includes a dynamic reference. You can still change the string!

I haven't done the digging to figure out what's where for the Civpedia. The files are probably in many places.

It's not really important to be edited if it's that much trouble. I just pointed it out.

Unrelatedly: Praets say they have +10% city attack now. Do they or is that just another Civilopedia thing?

Yes, that is correct and an error in the change log.
Current games (All): RtR: PB80 Civ 6: PBEM23

Ended games (Selection): BTS games: PB1, PB3, PBEM2, PBEM4, PBEM5B, PBEM50. RB mod games: PB5, PB15, PB27, PB37, PB42, PB46, PB71. FFH games: PBEMVII, PBEMXII. Civ 6:  PBEM22 Games ded lurked: PB18

Not sure what I am missing, but I was expecting some tech trade possibilities.
This is with RBMP mod 1.62fTT

Oddly, noone can trade me for example HBR? And Noone wants any techs from me? Alphabet for example?
