That's probably quite correct - the German city was founded on T65.

Univers continue to expand, they settled their eight city this turn, claiming 7 land tiles and going up to 30 pop and adding 1000 to their soldier count.
Demos: Compared to when the turn began, average GNP increased noticeably (66 to 70), but the crop yield shrank (86/69/48 to 86/68/42). I assume the entire change there was in rival worst.

Some notes on the CFC tile development:
Two workers visible, Nabaxo and Ozzy. They also have their just finished worker in Terasvin. Cottage development: they are behind us in development of cottages, despite our most mature one being pillaged back in the days. They are at 21, 29, 31, and 36 turns to towns; we are at 16, 26, 28, and 37 turns for our oldest cottages. Indira has 12 developed tiles, of which at least 5 are shared (we have 9, of which 3 are shared). Indira has 1 forest in its BFC still; Terasvin has 3.

The C&D sheets have been updated with the new data that I could glean from APTmod earlier, and so our power figures for WPC, the Germans, and CFC are complete right now. There might be small differences to what the teams has built, but the following should be a rough estimate:
WPC: 2-4 archers 6 axes 2 spears 1 warrior Germans 10 axes 7 chariots 1 spearman 8 quechua CFC 4 axes 5 warriors (For comparison, we are at 3 warriors, 7 axes, and 1 spear.) But with contact with CivPlayers soon, what can we expect from them? T85 total rival power is 668k. We can remove 97k for WPC, 146k for the Germans, and 71k for CFC, leaving 354k for the rest of the teams. Removing known power from pop (57k) and estimated power from tech (136k) leaves 161k for units and buildings over the 5 teams. Ie, I believe CFC's army is typical for the military that can be found among the rest of the teams.

Well done!

T86 - 725 BC
C&D data Cliff's notes: WPC and the Germans gained land points. Apolyton grew 1 pop (up to 20), CivFr grew 2 pop (up to 31), and CivPlayers also grew 2 pop (up to 25). CFC researched an ancient tech in 1t, tentatively Priesthood. Demos: Score breakdown:
F8 analysis tells us there are no more than 5 rival pop increases. From the rival best demos we can see that CivFr gained 10000 in population, growing their two size 1 cities to size 2 (one was founded T78, and the other was founded T71 but whipped T81). They have 31 pop total. Apolyton gained 1 pop (up to 20), and CivPlayers 2 (up to 25). CivPlayers grew their capital to size 7 per the top cities screen, leaving one growth to size 5 and one to size 2 for Apolyton and CivPlayers. CFC gained an ancient tech in 1t. Since their GNP dropped quite a bit (90->64 according to APTmod) I doubt they researched Fishing. Instead I think it's Priesthood, where they would get at least an 1.23 bonus. WPC received 5 land points for their city of Heron River (settled T66), and the Germans received 1 land point for a single tile they gained the same turn. Rival total power increased with 6000, of which the Germans contributed 3000, and the rest was from pop (1000 each to Apolyton, CivFr, and CivPlayers). This is a barracks in Wismar (visible in the city tile). Analysis: Two conclusions here. Peace negotiations between WPC and the Germans are not progressing, since the Germans both add more units and add more military infrastructure. The other is that CivFr's micro management isn't that good, and not up to par with the rest of the skills they have displayed in this game. Last, an errata for T85: I mistakenly assigned the Spanish's team's score to WPC. I was the Spanish who grew a pop on T85, not WPC. WPC's score was unchanged. I will update that post soon, and the C&D spread sheet has been corrected.

CFC whipped their city of Daivagati from size 5 to size 3 before ending their turn. They also moved their axe out of the city - it's on the grassland tile 1SW of our scout right now. Settler escort?
Also, amusingly MM is still on in the top cities screen, as #4 before Indira (CFC capital).

Re-assessing CivFr
I have been wondering about CivFr's size 8 and 9 cities for a while, and sat down to look into it using the new APTmod data. My conclusion is that CivFr is running HR. CivFr has researched two classical techs, available on T74 and T83. APTmod data shows two breaks in the top culture curve, one on T47 and one on T73. The first is obviously a revolt to Slavery, but I forgot to consider that APTmod max levels are trailing a turn. Ie, the revolts happened on T48 and T74. The other clue is that on T74, the global rival power increase was 30000, which was what led me to believe CivFr had researched IW. However, APTmod data showed that the German team alone contributed 20000 to that value, and that 3000 of the remainder was due to pop. Thus, CivFr are currently running HR, and researched Monarchy on T74, with an immediate revolt. I should also point out that I believe CivFr is currently running very close or exceeds Apolyton in GNP. While they lack an academy (like Apolyton probably has), they have two very large cities and they have also built three libraries so far - in all probability more than any other team so far.
