Xenu, I already regret that post. Map is awesome, just please allow emotionally charged players to vent without taking it personally.

Not taking it personally, it's the accumulation of sentiment (other threads), not the single instance. Glad you're having fun.

So, uh, Thoth isn't quite running away with the game? I take back everything I said about TBS before, seems like he's catapulted himself right into the leaders, at least by score.
Yuri/bandit, I will be out of town from Tuesday, July 1st to Sunday, July 13th. Tomorrow, I'll post a huge update with my plans for the game, but feel free to take the civ in your own direction.
I may not have a whole lot of time during that period to really focus on the game. Perhaps Yuri would be best to handle the turns.
Sorry, I had to leave before the airport before the game came back up, so I couldn't log on for pictures. I'll have pretty constant internet throughout the trip, so I can answer any questions you have. Here are some bullet points:
1. Finish researching CoL and start CS 2. Settler South of capital is going for a city three E of the Jungled Bannana-Jungled Rice-Fish city, on the hill. 3. Settler in Ovaltine Jenkins is going to settle on the tundra tile NE-N-N of it, where the worker is just finishing the road(make sure to finish the road before moving the settler). Make sure that once you settle the city, you select the tundra forest tile in the city screen W-NW of the city, so half of the granary is chopped. The workboat 2N of Chaz Bono is going to net the crabs that the tundra city catches, and the worker building the road is going to go onto the galley and help improve tiles on the tundra island. 4. Build mostly wealth in the west and some military in the east to fortify in the city soon settled from step 2 amd Ovaltine Jenkins 5. Hollabackatha is going to triple-whip a settler at size 10 for the plains iron city 6. Miss Whittlebury is going to hire two scientists when it grows to size 9 7. The galley currently near Ovaltine Jenkins should tranport the worker to the island then sail to Scrooge Jones where a settler should be whipped when the galley gets there. Then that settler shoud settle the western city marked C on the island with support from the workers already on the island. 8. TBS has high power, but I don't think he's going to attack me and Hollabackathca is about to pop 40% borders for really good vision. I'm much more wary of Gaspar to the east who has settled an annoying border city and seems to have some designs on the Southeastern Gems.
1. We're at war with Gaspar over the eastern city (3E of the Jungled Bannana-Jungled Rice-Fish city) - I didn't found that city, they declared after seeing the Settler on the way. Do we want to fight a major war, and where to send the settler if that spot is out of the question?
2. What do you want to do with the barb city in the south, farm XP or capture?
1. We really don't want war, so I would try to get peace ASAP. That being said, I really want that city and think it's defendable. I would keep the settler in reserve until you can settle the city, but it's up to you.
