There has been a question raised in a spoiler thread about whether the diplo-victory-related Wonders are allowed to be built, even if diplo victory is banned. Players, do you have opinions?

Same, I don't see any compelling reason why it should not be allowed if Diplo victory is banned.

I always like leaving diplo victory on to allow the AP being built for hammers, but Scooters right, if on game settings diplo victory is off it cannot be built.

note that it's very easy to change the settings for whether diplo victory is manually on or off- just change a line in the WB file I believe
