Alright, I would try to ask for gems from Gaspar in return for his settling of the city. Send the settler somewhere else, maybe the northern island.

No worries smile I've been following turn order with Gaspar, playing after him, as we were at war, and I don't know if there is any intention to resume hostilities after the peace treaty expires

Yeah, thanks again WB.

-The settler in the south is going to the tile marked "C"
-We're in a turn split w/ Gaspar playing after him
-I'm finishing up machinery to deter any military aggression from Gaspar, but I don't really know where to go after that. I was thinking education for PHI universities, but I'd appreciate your thoughts.
