(Spoilers) Churchill's Old General Death

Going to see if he notices... maybe we can get a grass mine going?  ( obviously making sure to cancel the animation EVERY SINGLE TURN ! ! ! )

Also also: Because their meta basically allows this, i dont think even if we rush our archers directly to him vs taking out his warrior, that we can even prevent him from settling copper. Im fairly sure he has BW now, and he would be an even bigger idiot to not settle for it ASAP and get as many axes out as he can. Of course, if copper is far away /pray.. or he settles it for like a border pop or something equally moronic, we should be able to punish him. Otherwise, we basically can only turtle and eventually die to AGG-something. probably HA's. ( South America was probably given horses... )

Power graph incase someone wants to see it.

Any questions?
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. [Image: noidea.gif] In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

could two archers knock out that fortified warrior?

I'd expect hammy to get a settler out around t32 if his start is comparable with ours, perhaps later since he's been building units. When can our first archer get to his capital?
Reply

an archer could get to his capital in less than 20t.

If we stop at size 3 and work only hammers, possibly 15t. ill have to look at the math once we hit size 3. ..

First archer has a 16% chance vs his warrior. Honestly more worth it to just guard the worker till he steps on flatland corn/ect. Otherwise the rest of the archers should go disrupt him AMAP. ( as much as possible )

I'd expect the warrior to attack or follow the archer unless he isn't worried by it, so sending the first archer straight at him followed by more as we make them might release the choke.

Come on. Stay positive. Look on the bright side you may not have to suffer through 48+ hour turns for the next two years.  lol

Lets nail down where we want the 2nd city ( before copper is revealed which will then change EVERYTHING )

Various things to look at if bored:

Im pretty scared that the map makers put copper in the capital location, along with a meta-game that allows for double moves that clearly give an advantage.... Struggling to see reasons to care about this pitboss.

Why am i scared about capital copper? The power graph makes me believe an axe was built.

Looking at that power graph and PBspy I'd say Babylon have done this so far:

t0 archer, warrior, Agriculture and The Wheel
t11 got Mining
t20 grew to size 2
t21 built a second warrior
t24 grew to 3
t27 built a third warrior
t28 got BW

No axes so far, but he does have three warriors.

We are 2t from archery, 2t from popping our 2nd warrior.. Do we want to "risk it for the biscuit"? If we do, we have the following options: ( all starting next turn t32 )

Option A: put the warrior + worker on the corn, farm the corn ( pretty sure it will be done THAT turn, if not at least the next turn ) And if he attacks with his warrior, we clean up with our 2nd one that pops EOT.
Option B: Do the same as option A, except on the gold.

Now, both these options leave our chances upto the RNG gods. They also could backfire if he gets a flawless win, deletes the worker, and our backup warrior also fails to kill it.

ALSO, i checked the event logger, and he revolted to slavery last turn. Is he going to plant a city this turn? Going to whip axes? jive Cant wait!
