Maybe indicative of the ghouls all being dead?

Anyways I think i might be the one dying tonight so I better stop puzzling with that and get some general thoughts together.

Yeah, it would be 3:3:10, since there were 16 players.

That's possible, but I don't think we should rush to any conclusions. 2:2:1:11 would be another possibility.

I still find it's hard to get a handle on who's scum, which could also mean there are many of them. It reminds me a bit of WW7 in that sense.

I don't get why the game would be balanced towards unlocking a bunch of vig powers in the endgame. Seems likely to culminate in chaos.

Brick is giving off pretty good vibes but I'll probably still vote to lynch him. You have to actually go through with the policy lynch if it's supposed to serve as a deterrent.

I didn't like Q's vote for Novice, where he said he couldn't see anything better. Clearly the policy lynch should be a tempting alternative if you were unsure about Novice. Gazglum's final post of the day also felt scummy for some reason.

I'm on vacation now, so expect scarce, brief, and unpolished posts from me in the coming days.

Another piece of questionable logic from Gazglum, IMO.

I heart U 2 Zak

So, you still would prefer to policy lynch me as a deterrent from people using a lying villager mindset even though me and everyone else all agrees it was a Bad Idea TM instead of trying to look elsewhere or at least look at me under the light of scum tells? I can understand that based on your past reasoning but I feel like that's a very weak argument.

I'm willing to look elsewhere. I just said I'll probably end up voting for you.

Another thought. It would make for a pretty neat setup to have two scum factions, and give each faction an ability that could only kill members of the opposing faction. In addition, there could be something like an alternating kill that could only target townies. This would go easier on town in a setup where they are a bit outnumbered.

From my own perspective, it just seems a bit weird that Lewwyn would peg Azza as a likely villager after day one. He was among my top suspects at that time, though I obviously had more information on him. Though on the other hand, claiming a regular one-shot vig would be a more natural reaction if he's scum. In any case, I'm looking forward to hear his full claim.

When I heard him say "kill non-humans" and he had killed a ghoul, that's where my mind went to as well.

Agree with all of this. The post in question for everyone else is located here. That's not a bad post, but isn't what I would consider a big villager tell. But on the other hand, that was a very oddly specific vig claim to make. I feel reasonably that at least most of his claimed ability is true, but that it could be as a villager or as a wolf.

I knew that he was my neighbor.

(N3 resolution, somewhat short, but when there is nothing happening, there is nothing happening...)

"So we have a deal Xorthos?"
"Oh yes, we have Lady Xaintha, we have."

No one died this night.
