If that's the case, then go for C1
@Krill
The meme has to include "It's not Lupus" like...
"Villagers start acting strange."
"It's not Lupus, it's werewolves."

It's a bad meme, House hasn't talked about Lupus since series 4 when they finally had a case.

I switched the production to settler now that we're size 2. It finishes soon enough so that hammers from warrior won't start to decay and we can settle C1 pretty securely without any military. After finishing the 2nd camp I might finish the warrior. I think I won't send the SW warrior much further thoguh. I'll just keep him as an early warning unit and scout a bit.
C2 probably needs to move 1 tile east. The problem is that, if Warlord settles really agressively there might not be enough room for another city between him and us.

Can we scout North at some point?
You mean east. Also, I don't really care too much if there's some no-man's land. That makes it harder for him to sneak attack us and makes it easier for us to justify razing his cities later. Once we chop libs, we'll take over the culture so he can't press forward. The main thing is that it just makes it freaking hard to hold the East Bank of the lake. Got to Minimize front cities in MP which is one of the reasons I want to found W of the peaks for city 1. If we ever get attacked there, it would be almost impossible to push past that city.
At any rate. I want to scout to scout North and also find more of the the Southern sea so we can figure out how best to block off Warlord.

We get a few tiles visible in the north when our borders pop in 5T. I think our scout should continue towards west, but next unit we can send to scouting should go there.
Somebody founded Buddhism. Either SleepingMoogle or Lord Parkin. Most likely Lord Parkin. Risky start, but exactly the like I would suspect him to choose. He has nothing but Agriculture to improve his food and nothing militarily for a quite long time unless he goes AH next and hopes for horses. Wild guess - He is building Stonehenge at the moment .

Yes was meant to say east. Fixed now.
Settling plan is not yet final and you're right that city behind the peak would block or pillging parties from that general direction that is a definite plus. I think we need to finish the warrior before settler, if we settle the further spot.

I've been thinking about what to do with the warrior close by Mr. Quiet. I think it is better to keep ;-) between us, maybe scouting a bit but mainly to follow what he is doing. It is pretty clear he is purposefully ignoring us and knowing what he sends towards us and where he settles is of primary importance.

I think we should look over his northern borders. If we are not isolated, he shouldn't be either or this map would be imbalanced. Go around him from the north and see if we can't fiend some friends
Also, would we get trait routes since we have coastal -> river connection with our C1?
