You can occupy the same tile as an invisible enemy.

Urgh... I am never popping a lair again unless it is surrounded or near an enemy!

worst part is that the mistform will keep getting stronger as he attacks us more and more.
I guess hunting is the only way? Empyrean is something we want anyways, but it's too far away right now (need philosophy, way of the wise, AH, HBR (or fishing/sailing), trade, order)
Trying to decide how fast we need to get hunting. Researching education right now. Should we do code of laws first as well to get aristocracy? Or go for hunting right away. We could switch now even.

Yep.
I would probably just go straight for Hunting now. We aren't going to have any farms to work to get the aristocracy bonus if the mistform roams around for too long. Main focus has to be killing it.

Okay so on the bright side...
The blitz spectre suicided on our capital on its first attack, with no losses! And the mistform decided to not attack again for some reason... I know why it didn't attack last turn, in the eventlog it says that it destroyed our farm. No harm done there really. Which leads me to believe that the mistform is about to destroy another upgrade next turn, either the wheat farm or the plains hill mine. I don't care at all if it destroys the wheat farm, since GLT is at its happy limit anyways, and will be until I dare spread RoK to GLT, currently i'm keeping the Thane there just in case. I really, really don't want the mistform to destroy the newly created mine though. I need it to build warriors and stuff.
Also as you can see I moved the villager 2NW into the relative safety there, he will make a farm next turn 1NW.
On the not-so-bright side, I started researching towards hunting now... And it's gonna take a hell of a lot of time. As you can see in the screenshot I must first research exploration, a short 5 turn tech. But then hunting is fucking 29 turns! That's insane. I could finish researching both education and code of laws in that time, and switch to aristocracy. Damn it!

Skip hunting. By the time you get hunting, a Hunting Lodge and a hawk, the Misform will either be dead, or you'll have lost anyway.
Spread RoK to GLT, swap into Religon and let GLT grow while you spam out some warriors (at size 6 you should be able to build a warrior a turn IIRC).
Aristocracy without Agrarianism is a very weak civic, especially when you consider the fact that Jerusalem has no food specials. You'd be far better off getting Exploration (for the trade link between GLT and Jerusalem) and Calendar (for Agrarianism) first. Food and production rule the early game, commerce is secondary.

How will the mistform be dead if I can't see it? I hardly think it's gonna suicide on my walls.

That had to be some seriously high odds though
6 str mistform vs 3 str warrior. A bit of fortification and stuff but -20 or -25% terrain bonus and stuff. Across a river though, maybe
