Hey Darrell,
Sure - I've not got my laptop with me which has them on. But I will upload them later on.

Serdoa Wrote:Hi SL,
that is probably the funniest war I ever had :D Your Mud Golem threw himself between your warrior and my PZ, so I guess your pick was the right one as it actually saved your cap - this turn
Kind regards,
Serdoa
Me Wrote:Ha ha - great - I'm glad I moved him into the city! So - are you still confident of taking the city?
Serdoa Wrote:Depends, are you getting another unit into it this turn?
Yes - 2 actually!

I'm pretty sure even if the warrior had defended, the city would have been intact since the mud golem counts as a remaining defender.

Turn 76
For fucks sake...
Ok - I'm not going to lose Totoro to this attack which is a bloody miracle to be honest but those workers aren't roading for a trade route... When I opened the save I had 1 warrior on 0.1 Health in Totoro!

Yeah - I don't think Serdoa realised this. Shame he died though...
Here is some diplo I have had with my war buddy continuing from the same email string I posted earlier:
me Wrote:I'm at work so can't open the save - but yes - I can get two units there by the end of turn unless you killed a warrior en-route
Serdoa Wrote:No, I haven't. You have 1 warrior with 0.1 health left in the city and the one 1S/1SW of it. So, that might get reaaaally close. At least till my other troops reach you in 2-3 turns
I then played the save and saw the workers...
me Wrote:Ok - I know you are mostly invisible to chat but can we have a chat today about some concessions for peace - unless those workers are roading for a trade connection I'm ready to concede some stuff to get back into this game...
SL
PS: I have really enjoyed this war even if it has buggered up any plans of grandure I had! You have been a great sport and I appreciate that.
So the question is - what do I offer him for peace??? plako, Jkaen, if you have any thoughts let me know. I am fed up of this war and just want to get some cities down and move on with the game.

Ok, lets start with Serdoa's suggestion:
2 settlers
All lands to east of your borders
NAP till whenever.
So how long would it take to build those settlers, and could you make anything worth more to Serdoa in less time?
Its my understanding that Serdoa is SE of you, could you limit the land consession to be east of you below a certain landmark?

1 settler + land. However I wouldn't give him everything, but try to keep copper+corn site even if it would need to be settled close to our current cities.
2*settlers is too much unless the other one is delivered some 50T from now.

Can't you kill the remaining 2 PZ?
How is his powerrating now (= does he have any significant troop left?).
Perhaps the bear helps to scare the workers abit and gves you enough time to build more troops.

Well - I didn't take a screencap of the graphs but I think he has been building more PZ's in the meantime - how many I have lost track of what with all the killing etc...

Well - Serdoa is going to go in with a heavy offer and then I will negotiate him down. So 2 Settlers become 1 and all lands to east becomes some land.
NAP - yeah - I need that. When I saw the workers last turn I said to myslef - " ohhhhhh why won't you just LEAVE ME ALONE!?!? To be able to expand freely again would be such a nicety!

Yep - 1 Settler is certainly do-able - I want to re-found Kobe - not necessarily on the copper again but I want copper in my 1st ring - remember that I don't need it for long once I stop building warriors. I also want the marble in the north if at all possible but he might not see eye to eye on that one... Other than that... the land is shit - he is welcome to it!
