Poison gives a pretty substantial malus to healing rate, so I'd recommend doing it inside your borders. Oops, nevermind: that's your other lizard that's poisoned.

Exploring anything but a graveyard consumes all your movement, so you'll have to sit on top of the ruin and take whatever it dishes out. You might be better off just exploring along the mountains and not risking the griffon.

Ruins will spawn lizardmen; dungeons don't spawn anything. For completeness: goblin forts spawn poison goblins; barrows spawn skeletons.

Well, Kyan, I think I can say that you will like the revolt of the ruins. but you can find out tomorrow, because I'm knackered.

So, first things first, move the settler between the western and northern city spots:
What do we build in the capital?
Well, this is difficult. Need 9 food to grow to size 5 (have 10 in current set up), and 20 to grow to size 6 (which we can hit with the gorilla cage), so we can grow to size 6 in 3 turns total, which is decent. But what do we build while growing? Smokehouse and Granary we don't need, Monument in a capital is dumb even taking into account the event Bob told me about giving free food, and a Herbalist and palisade are just noob. So there are no good buildings. We can't build settlers or workers while growing, we don't need a scout with 2 lizards out and we already have 4 warriors plus the animals so more warriors is just going to slow our tech. That leaves Loki as the only reasonable build, even if we don't need him, though it would be nice to start getting promotions on him.
Also, we have 14 hammers overflow, so either we could start growing asap, or dump the overflow into a worker, which because of extra tile yields basically means do we need the overflow to get a 2 turns worker? Considering we get the gorilla cage the turn after growth to size 6 and hence never have unhappy pop, and that the capital makes 25 production per turn at size 6 for a two turn worker, dumping the overflow into the worker is only useful if it then gets the settler one turn faster immediately afterwards. Settlers cost 145 hammers, so an extra 12 hammers won't speed up the nest settler, or even the one after that. So I think the best decision is to grow to size 6 asap and get Loki a third built.
Then, revolt to Agrarianism and Nationhood:
So, this leaves the griffon.
Hmm, seems like thisgame likes this event.
So, looks like I can use the lizard to pop the dungeon next turn, and either run away with the grifon or take out that badly injured axe, then heal on the southern peak. Looks like another stroke of luck for Kyan

There are basically three things I like about FFH. Hunters, the magic/priest lines and disposable summons, and the Calabim feasting mechanic. So for me this game will be awesome even if the last one isn't here.

Yeah - I think there is a tag in the unit set up that means that he doesn't benefit from that side of the promotion - it just gives him access to level 1 spells.

I don't think you get xp for withdrawing when attacked either.
