Rebalancing Civ4: RtR Mod

You only need paper to trade tech, but getting SM and Corp increases the known tech bonus. The method of phasing this in has that side effect: the civilopedia is slightly screwed up.

EDIT: Minor civilopedia glitch as well: Peter's Philosophical says it doubles both the Research Institute and the University, even though the Research Institute replaces the University.

Well, there's no guarantee that you'll be playing as Peter of Russia.

Yeah, but for example, Shaka doesn't say he gives a bonus to both the Ikhanda and the Barracks, just the Ikhanda, even inside the RBMod. Peter is the only one who has both the non-UB and UB on the same thing.

Can't see where that is an actual bug in the code. Just a glitch?

Ehehe, thanks.

Pretty sure these aren't bugs, but just scanning the Civilopedia for whatever pops out...

State Property and Free Speech say "Corporations have no effect"; Corporations no longer exist.

Financial leaders still say +1 commerce on tiles with 2 commerce, even though Financial works the new way in-game(Tested in various commerce areas)

Both seem to just be minor civilopedia things and not actually have any effect on gameplay, so they're definately non-urgent.

This is not fixable because of how T-Hawk wrote the code for Fin.

The other one is fixable; there's a code in each civic about whether or not they allow Corps. That can be set to 0 fairly easily.
