4) Anyone know any good streamers bar TreeEskimo? I'm thinking along the lines of fun/interesting commentary. High level play isn't a necessity as far as I'm concerned.

Roku is pretty solid for commentary - tends to mostly play blaster casters (Brand, Orianna, "Support is boring" Lux. Tends to drop the commentary when his ELO is slipping. He's up in the 2000+ ELO region; duo queues with Eski somewhat regularly. (Crosspost)

Guardsman Bob is in the 1700 ELO bracket. Doesn't take the game nearly as seriously; decidedly mellower about weak play by his teammates. Tends to play melee champs - Lanewick, Xin Zhao, jungle Udyr. Another plus: better music.

I looked at some of Roku's streams back then but didn't fancy his commentary even if he wasn't that typical elitist kind of streamer. I don't remember why, but there was something about him I didn't like.

For 450, Annie, Ashe, Ryze, Soraka are all viable at basically every level.

At 1350, Alistar, Amumu, Cho'Gath, Janna, Morgana, Singed, Taric, Tristana, and Warwick are all viable.

Top 6 of those would probably be Alistar, Janna, Annie, Ashe, Amumu, Warwick in some order. They all fill very different roles so it's hard to make direct comparisons.

Hm, I should probably buy more junglers and practice them. Right now I'm only competent w/ Nunu.

Then again, I really need to get real Teir 3 Rune pages too. And I've been told some of the other junglers just don't work (or their path is super limited) without a solid set of runes.

Then again, good gods I don't have time these days for games.

Jungle Gangplank dies with the Vampiric Scepter start if he does something incorrect, and so he probably dies as well without runes (14% AS and 12 ArPen are minimal), so yeah, he is specific.

I have a bunch of runepages that are reserved just for junglers (though some of them work for other laners as well):

Amumu (although definitely viable on any tank like Cho'Gath or whatever)
Magic pen reds (you probably have them already)
Armor yellows (ditto)
Mres/lvl (duh)
Armor quints (lol? but they make regrowth pendant start so much safer, and HP quints suck and cost 2050 HP)

Anything That Relies on Attack Speed Crap, Like Warwick, Nunu, Gangplank, Or Whatever

Attack speed reds (staple on many junglers)
Armor yellows
Mr/lvl blues
Armor pen quints (also very good)

Lee Sin, Trundle

AD + Armor Pen Marks (in a 5/4 proportion, AD are so good for their ratios on skills)
AD quints
Rest as before

Full Arpen, So Nocturne, Rammus and Olaf That I Don't Play
Same as before, just Arpen on marks and quints.

Alternatives: Armor reds for Amumu/Rammus or Cho'Gath, HP quints on anyone though they're suboptimal, Attack Speed, Mana Regen, or CDR blues (blues are throwaway on most junglers)

I don't know why you wrote this post, you said something about "tier 3 runes", "jungling" and I need to satisfy myself on helping out with my opinions that nobody cares about

You should add Fiddlesticks, Jax and Zilean from the 1350s, they are all played at the highest competitive levels. If you just mean viable then pretty much all the 1350s are viable barring a couple like Evelynn.

Also what characters are viable varies depending on your level. For instance people don't play jungle Master Yi in tournaments but at nearly every other level split pushing jungle Yi is a viable strategy.

Actually I was thinking of starting over again. My only half decent login is on the NA server which I got no reason to stick with, the ping is annoyingly high.
