Actually that all sounds good. I would lean towards overflow into a worker rather than a warrior. Then grow while building a warrior. That way you get the overflow into the worker and we grow while building a warrior. After which we whip the worker. We want to slow build things we can grow on and whip things we can't like settlers and workers.

That will actually be 2 Warriors: we will need 4 turns to grow, and can build a Warrior in 2 (changes to 3 turns for growth and 5 turns for Warrior if we work the FP instead of the mine, don't think we should do it though). Skipping AH is starting to hurt, that cow would be very useful right now. Still think it was the right call though
I just hope we won't lose Buddhism, I'm concerned the tech rate is so slow

New city planted
This here is a Lion. The Warrior couldn't make any meaningful moves, so I fortified him on the forested hill for free XP
This is Fierce's empire. Interesting to see how much military he has. Well, if he invested those hammers in military, he didn't invest them in expansion
Luddite's Warrior is on the same tile as our Scout. The foreign advisor screen shows that we're the only team to have 5 contacts, others have 2 or 3

OK, I think finishing the mine 2S of Constantinople right now would be a mistake. Thessalonica is going to grow in 3 turns
T26 (played) - 3/14
T27 - 6/14
T28 (farm completes) - 12/14
T29 - 18/14 - growth at EOT
So I need gems mined on T30. The Worker who's currently mining will have to do the following:
T27 - 1t road 1N of Thessalonica
T28 - start mining the gems
T30 - mine ready
Works out fine, but the Constantinople mine will be delayed. So Constantinople doesn't have improved tiles to grow. Would it be better to let it grow onto flood plains, or finish the Worker?

Basically nothing. Moved units, changed Worker orders as described, left Constantinople on a Worker
Meditation will be finished at EOT29. Buddhism didn't land yet, so I'm hopeful

NS7 founded Hinduism. Buddhism still available
Our 3rd Worker finished, now it's time to grow and build Warriors!

Meditation in, and we successfully landed Buddhism in Thessalonica. Next turn we will be collecting money, then start Priesthood
I'm slightly worried NS7 could attempt to steal Oracle, although I'm still not sure they have BW, and don't think they can do it without chopping

I note a depressing lack of theme in these names. How about Nu-Metal? There are enough twenty-somethings on this site to appreciate a capital named Linkin Park.
Oh, also, grats on Buddhism. It's nice have a religion to play with.

Heh, you know, it was fun thinking of city names in 19, but I didn't have inspiration anymore by the end of that game. If Nicolae or Lewwyn want to have a theme, I'm all for it, but personally I'm fine with default names

Gems online. Priesthood due in 4 turns (including a turn of collecting money), then we'll be just Pottery away from the Oracle
