Thank you Ichabod!
Um...what difficulty is it supposed to be at? .
Now just to figure out how to use this. One of everything means it's choices again.
SIP -> Fishing again seems strong, to get the commerce going for all the remaining worker techs. It'll be worth another sandbox, though, now that the land resources are somewhat boosted by the rivers.

Pretty sure it's no, worker first into Agri/Calendar/Crafting. Or at least Agri before Fishing. Fishing only barely won last time, and this looks better for land/worse for Fishing.
But...I want to sandbox it. Just in case.

But...I want to sandbox it. Just in case. Thing to consider is cottaging all these grass hills as opposed to mining them. You'll get hammers from coves and harbor ( with GodKing before you put up a dedicated hammer site ) and that extra commerce would go pretty nicely with all the multipliers we can get.

Er, no, they start with seafaring, exploration, agriculture, calendar, and fishing
Ok, yeah, just seafaring and exploration. At least in the current edition, we'll maybe find out if that's balanced or not.

If it wasnt for the lake tile I would have been tempted to suggest 1W, but I think SIP is the answer. does fishing still give you the coves (1 coastal, 1 lake) and the fish?

I always believe in Food First. In this case that's either Agriculture for the Corn or Fishing for the Fish. Given that the Fish a mildly better tile and gives you access to a lake cove, I'd SIP and go fishing.
Probably go Scout -> Warrior -> Work Boat -> Worker -> Settler and Fishing -> Agriculture -> Calendar -> Crafting.
But that's no sandboxing or vision on the rest of the world, and my gut feel is usually wrong.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

I'm very reluctant. Don't get to build a Shipyard for hammers until Iron Working, and we want early hammers to feed through Expansive, turn into Workboats, etc. This is a Large map, and with foes that we have to outexpand. I'd much rather the capital be long term poor, if that's what it takes to optimize for REX.
Speaking of which, I think this time cities 2/3 can probably go inland .

Yes, fishing is worth 3 tiles. Well, technically I could work some unimproved coast, but that'd be a waste, probably I'd do better to work the unimproved resources than coast.
I think I agree with SIP; much as I'd like to find a way to get three coves, that doesn't seem possible without losing most of the resources. It really comes down to Fishing or Agri first as the main question. With perhaps a side dish of worker-first or not.

Given that the Fish a mildly better tile and gives you access to a lake cove, I'd SIP and go fishing. Aye, but Fishing is also the more expensive tech. And we don't have quite as many hammers available for WB construction, either, and we do have more for a worker to do while we tech Fishing and whatever's third. Its why I plan to sandbox.
Hopefully I can manage it tonight (since I'm thinking SIP, I'm also thinking I'll only sim the BFC for now ).
In any case I think everyone can agree it's one of those two first? With presumably the other next?

Not certain this was directed at me, but first one has to go to the Fish. That gets us grown up the fastest, and is worth 3 commerce anyway. Then Lake cove, then coast cove.
