She has an increased probability of dodge when she's moving.

The passive rework is another piece of Riot's transition away from dodge as a mechanic.

What an awful awful awful passive Sivir has. Almost as bad as Sion's.

Quote:40% chance to reduce incoming attack damage by (30 / 40 / 50). The amount of damage reduced increases by 10 at levels 7 and 13.
