I've been thinking about where to head re tech ...

Hans is slowly working through Replaceable Parts (8) while Isk is on the Constitution / Democracy kick. I am thinking of teching Steel (once Oxford finishes (6)) and then heading towards Steam Power.
So ... just to show that you can tech in three directions at once, I will be stealing RP from Hans and (at least) Constitution from Isk. That should work out pretty well ... gives me 8 turns to churn out some Conquistidors for theft of a different nature.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Iskander Meriones (15 of 16 cities known)
My main competition. I was going to steal a bunch of tech from him but he is making it too expensive. I will cherry pick some techs. Has expanded very well and is running break even at 90% tech.
Paradignian (8 or 8 cities known)
Currently attacking Michkov and taking his cities. I beat him to Liberalism by a turn ... after he delayed it too long.
Hans Teeuwen (9 of 10 cities known)
He has spread my religion to a bunch of his cities. I have a NAP with Hans that expires on T108 (a few turns from now). Currently plan is to let him finish Printing Press, steal it and then take his cities.
Caerroil Wildwood (10 fo 10 cities known)
Not much known about Caerroil.
Michkov (4 of 5 cities known)
Not long for this world. Currently teching Machinery.
And me (17 of 17 cities known) ...

Is that a ton of land between you, Mich, and Caer just lying there unclaimed?
