Selrahc-
Heh, fair point, my reaction was maybe slightly a little too strong ![lol lol](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/lol.gif)
I don't really hate whoever named one of our Beasts of Agares "Pinkie Pie". Okay, maybe I do a little (jk!), but totally not on a personal level! And I don't think that our game was irrevocably ruined by a silly name or anything dumb like that- after all, I'm the guy who named one of our mimics "Grandmaster Honky".
I'm just absolutely sick to death of pony avatars and quotes and references all over the dang place. It's like that obnoxious multimedium web experience with the trolls and the characters talking in idiosyncratic colored text. Some people think it's the Best Thing to ever exist on the Internets, I think it's pretentious but ultimately harmless crap. Either way, when people start randomly typing on totally unrelated websites like they're a fictional character from a webcomic thing, and they just won't ever shut up about how awesome and funny it is, it makes the cantankerous old man in me flare up and start looking for blunt objects.
