What's so hard about N, E, W and S? None of my browsing devices have numpads.
I have to run.

But novice, you use an apple product, so your opinion doesn't count.
Because N, E, S, W are in weird places IMO. I've always preferred to use the numpad.

Also numpad can (more clearly) convey order if its important.

He posted in rego's thread. I'm not sure that counts as being spoiled however .

Good, just means I won't have deal with novice helping someone else with micro.
I'll take every edge I can get atm, even if it is a blunt one on an opponent.

Did you WB what you can see just for fun? Its not like you have much to do but complain.

Yeah, I did the WB of the lands we can see, and edited the tiles in the FoW to see what each tile was. Once the capital is settled, I can work out a full simulation of the first 30 odd turns. I do already have a fully worked out plan of the first 35 turns using only the tiles I can see, but as it only involves growing to size to immediately slave the pop away and chopping forests constantly after hooking the cow, it isn't complicated enough to warrant an explanation, never mind a spreadsheet.
I've had the past 3 days "off" doing paperwork for uni but frankly that's boring. I got 83% on my last paper even though I completely fucked up the references, (or rather, internet sources of acts of parliament and government department white papers don't count, you have to treat them as if you have paper copies in your hand...even though we are told how to reference them as internet sources).

Aw, I thought I would be coming backl from a 12 hour shift and have to deal with the first turn.
It's looking like I should be able to face this horrendous decision on a good nights sleep.

Krill Wrote:That's very true. I'm just thinking now of rego sitting there looking at a double wet corn, gold and plains hill start. Hopefully he gets hit by constant slavery revolts and I get...tin and truffles?
Though I think I can get 3 workers and a settler out by eot t35. Makes me a bit less unhappy...
I just test Agri first. By going Agri first and farming the fp, growing to size 3 to slave out 1 pop, the settler finishes eot t39, but the capital is size 2 with an fp farmed, but 2 more forests. Now I need to test Agri first but going pasture first and sticking at size 2 to build the second worker...
