Team Googly:
- The Aldain Award: Leastest with mostest award for really good land frittered away.
- The "WTF Darrell" Award: For the greatest WTF moment of the game.

- The Mist Award: For the player who annoys the game admin the most.

Based on Twinkletoes here, and Commodore in RBPEM31, I'd like to propose the "Commo-toes Award" for teching towards the Oracle while simultaneously choked by enemy Warriors.

Gotta include the PB2 reference in there, where regorisejs used the Oracle on IW after losing the second city.

Self referential awards are too easy, and the namesake will be a shoe-in every time. :neenernee

I suppose TT could win a more general Seppucle award (suicide by oracle)

I would like to propose the "Mortius Award" for letting your opponent waltz into your undefended capital.

Also, I would like to use the opportunity to nominate TT for the award. smile

Added the Mortius Award, not sure how we missed that really. Decided against the Commo-toes award since they both have awards already. If we had an award for most questionable build queue decisions while under thread, TT would have had it locked up for PBEM3 and PBEM7 already.

Anyway, obviously I'll keep taking award nomination suggestions. I think around T100 we can try and collate nominees for all the early game awards since if we wait til closer til the end we might forget. Wish I had thought to grab the second post for that effect.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?
