If they were posted while the filter was on, they're starred. (You can go back and manually edit if you really feel the need.) But anything older is back to the way it was.

I'm with Bob, actually. In the spoken language I often use <rhymes with duck> or other forms of frowned upon language as a form of punctuation (it's a cultural thing). I'm not so bad when writing, but sometimes it pours out.
