Well, I found food. I'm merely happy at that. The furs are a decent bonus TBH, I can always do with the happy if only to grow my cities that 1 population larger and leave them working a cottage...currently considering a second city 778 of the capital (can split off the cow to leave the capital with a +8 food surplus at size 2, second city has +6 food surplus at size 2, one flood plain gets cottaged to share between the cities so it gets used every turn, 1 other FP to either farm or cottage as required).

I see 6 food resources. And no, I don't count flood plains or plains cow as food resources.

So what is your solution to this lack of food?

Unless RBMod allows you to tech and become a rock monster, there's no real solution to lack of food, you just have to live with reduced whipping and a slow/fragile growth curve.
You should build a boat and colonize like a viking.

I've been thinking about this today, and I've tried to take a different approach to growth.
I know my capital has 8 good tiles to work (2 grass hills, 1 plains hill, pig, cow, wheat and 2 flood plains). I also know that I have a dry corn, marble and grass hill that I can work, if I plant a city 1SW of the dry corn. Such a city would pick up 4 (unique) forests on the inner ring and 4 on the outer ring. Basically, those are 12 decent tiles to work, provided I never expect to slave the cities.
The capital currently has a happy cap of size 7. At that size it can work the cow, wheat and 2 fp cottages, plus the 2 gh and 1 ph for 15hpt and +3fpt. That means that once the capital is at size 7 it can easily stick there and still be productive (6 turn settlers easily, 5 with a bit of overflow, as a benchmark).
This allows me to split the pig off to a third city (and eventually the wheat as well to a fourth city if I feel the need). The pig city will likely be 1S of the wines. This gives the city a unique fp (that will likely be farmed), 4 unique river grass and 1 grassland, plus 2 ph and 1 gh. And the pig. The aim of this city is again to grow it vertical off the pig, and use the two available forest chops (one from the capital) to get the granary in place. I'll slave a monument for the border pop, but I'm not sure I'll need it as the capital culture will get the fp for the city. The city can stagnate at size 6 working the fp farm, 2 ph mines, 1 gf and 1 ghm, and 1 gc. It makes 12 hpt, but it can be easily tooled to work cottages whilst growing, or just cottages and 2 specs depending on need.
The fourth city is likely to be 1S of the wheat: it is a shit site, but it can get 2 forests chopped into a granary and then grow to work 2 river grass cottages (rgc) and 3 gc just for itself, or have 2 additional farms and I'll use it as a whip city (1 pop whips are best, but I'll suck up the occasional 2 pop whip if needed).
The competition for this site is that furs/sheep city, but we'll see how things go.
The only issue is that I can't split the pig off until I have the capital at size 7, but that is just a matter of fixing the worker and city MM, not something I should find impossible to do. I know I'm going to be slow to Pottery, but I'm reconsidering if I can actually just get that second worker prior to a settler: I don't want a third city until the capital has grown, so I don't want to chop all of those forests just yet. That means I think it is preferable to get the second city out and working that corn sooner rather than later. It appears that vertical growth is actually a smarter move here than horizontal growth.
