as I think about it, I think about 1/3 to 1/2 the cannons will die the first round. There's only 44 of them, which means 220 chances for collateral, which means the janissaries/muskets won't get hurt all that much. I assume they'll bring down the defense, which will take 5 or 6 of the cannons, cause if they don't, all the cannons are going to die.
The rest of units clean up - a hundred dead, at least. healing happens. 1/2 the remaining cannons die. The rest of the units kill a lot of units, with maybe more dying. I'll guess.... well, still 250 total units dead in that attack. Plus 1 case of carpal tunnel syndrome for Dave.
