Am I late?

Tech: I'd say pottery. Not a lot of forests in the capital to rush to BW. A few nice river hills to tech Mining but I'm guessing Mackoti would go for cottages. No hurry to go to Mysticism, still lots of land to improve. Fishing, now why would you do that? Hunting, what for?

City: No idea. Heh. SE of pigs is nice but it's too far and needs a "long" road. I think 1S of rice is a good enough spot as second city, helping with capital cottages and first ring food.
