The Setup

I'm interested in the conflicting goals fast-as-possible idea, sounds like fun. I should be able to participate regularly for the 6 months. If you haven't done one before be aware they tend to be a bit more involved than a typical SG (the goal about playing the first 100 turns in 2 months is not a trivial task for a lot of SGOTM teams). However commitment is variable - some of previous ones we've had a core of 4-6 turnplayers with 8+ lurkers, so you don't have to sign your life away to jump on board smile

I always have fun playing these. I expect that I'd be able to be active for most of the next 6 months, though I'm not sure I'd have the kind of time I used to have....

Already signed up with U'n'usual S'us'pec'ts as my original team T'dr'duzk B'hanz'g t't seems to be engineering a reverse take-over there.

Considering I'm probably the weakest team member there it should be fairly successful.

Yeah, agreed. Seems to be a standard Emperor level game, where you just expand as normal and then milk for the scoring and victory conditions later.

Also, just noting that SGOTMs require the CFC HOF mod and all of its associated baggage, like disqualification if you accidentally load your game in an impermissible fashion.

OK, since only got some interest from Compromise and regorrar, assume an RB team is not a good idea. I will probably make myself a free agent for one of the existing teams.
