Krill has been offering me peace for the past few turns that I haven't been accepting. I figure that while signing peace means I'll survive longer, it's more likely that Nakor or pindirego can attack him and hurt his extremely strong position. Even so, a 3v1 vs Krill would still fail, but it might give someone else a chance of victory. Right now, I can't see anyone other than Krill winning.

Password is zz333 for anyone willing to fill in for a day or two. I'm not planning anything, just trying to build up a bit of an army so I can hopefully show some resistance when the SOD comes.

So you just want someone to log in and do stuff, no particular plan in mind? I can do that if you want, I haven't been following this game closely.

Turn played... there was hardly anything to do, so I don't think I screwed anything up! I'll play the next turn in a little while, after Krill plays.
I did move the trireme in the inland sea to Krill's territory in order to blockade him and thus deny him the use of a coastal tile he was working. I also begged Rego for Iron because hell, why not. Pikes would be awesome.
Pics for the lurkers:
I have to say... Azza, why are you building all this infrastructure? Grocer's aren't gonna be around long enough to help anyone but Krill, and all the Christian buildings/units seem pretty useless in your situation (especially since you're following Judaism!). I didn't want to step on any toes, so I kept them the way they were, but I think your best move at this point would be to start whipping out muskets and catapults.

Krill isn't advancing on me, so I don't have any immediate need to whip out a defence. At the same time, I'm not really in a position where I can actually launch a counter attack. So I'm stuck in a bit of a limbo. I'm building the Christian stuff since it's the AP religion, so I should be getting the 2 hammers per turn from them. It's probably not optimal, but I just can't help myself, especially when I'm in a pretty hopeless position.
Thanks for filling in, hopefully I'll be right to consistently play again in a couple of days.

No problem.
So do you want me to cover this turn as well? (if the timer gets low I'll assume yes, I just don't want to steal a turn you were going to play )
EDIT: Okay, rereading your post it looks like you do want me to keep playing, so I will!
EDIT2: Bad news, Krill might be preparing to mobilize. Over in the west, he shifted the giant stack of knights slightly closer to the border, and over in the east, he appears to be sending his wafflephant stack to rendezvous with his other units.

I'm probably fine to play again next turn. I think I'm over the worst of it.
Might need to start whipping out some muskets and pikes (if we can get Iron) then, in case those stacks come this way. Hopefully the stacks go to Ethiopia or Egypt though.

Thanks for the couple of turns Tatan, I'll be able to handle things again.
Defence would definitely be a lot easier with Iron, Pikes would be lovely to deal with all those knights and elephants...

Well, this is definitely a stack and a half.
I think I'm fucked.
