Unfortunately, the two rune pages deal will only last from Sep 13th to Sep 20th. I guess it looked too good to be staying around permanently.

Highlights:

Sub tiers are 50 ELO apart

Bronze VII covers all of ELO hell

1150+ Silver
1450+ Gold
1750+ Platinum
2050+ Diamond

Peak ELO, rather than final ELO, determines your tier (which removes the incentive to protect your rating, I think).

Stupid n00b question:

I've been trying to download LoL, but the downloader is stuck at 0 BPS. Does anyone know what the problem is or a possible fix?

(And yeah, I know I haven't really given a lot of information to go on. But frankly I'm just really puzzled.)

Well i can only provide a wild guess cause you really didn`t give any information at all, but...

Maybe you your firewall is blocking the downloader program from acessing the internet.

Is your Windows fully updated and your Internet Explorer fully updated to current edition with all updates?

That was all it took to fix a similar problem for me.
