That's because it's freaking google translate!
A real translation should be nicer on the eyes. English first, then more complex diplomacy gets MH'd.

As a non-native english speaker, trust me on this one. People take pride in their english skills and don't like the insinuation that their skills are not up to par. In fact their propensity to take offense is often inversely proportional to their fluency.
It's okay to offer assistance of course, but we shouldn't just presume that they'll appreciate unprompted translations.
I have to run.

how about sending it in English, with a note asking if they would prefer English or German?
Please don't go. The drones need you. They look up to you.

Read my draft/posts . I noted that in my message to them, and I already sent the message.

Okay, sounds good then.
A quick look by our Germans to root out potential misinterpretations might still be worth it.

Yes, certainly. A check by mh to make sure we don't commit any faux pas in messages makes a lot of sense.

Deleted because it's rude and not productive to any discussion. Nothing to see here.

Caledorn poked me on chat. CFC has met Spanish Apolyton - they are a directly to CFC's east. He said he's preparing a more formal message to us with more info. I told him we would reciprocate with intel once we've established contact with the German team and WPC. Basically, looking to put together a rough sketch of where every team is.
