well - looks like CFC and CivFR decided that if the germans were going to end turn, they should take up the PYFT banner and hold us up until the proper end of the timer.

That and CivPlayers didn't even log into the game until just now (20 minutes ago)

20 minutes of staring at our axe.

I am thinking that we should suggest at CFC that we need a different admin. It's been weeks now and r_rolo1 didn't say anything. It's kind of ridiculous... I am thinking about either suggesting this outright, or, pm r_rolo1, wait 2 days and if no response propose plako as admin.

Definitely PM r_rolo1 first. At least for asking about his input on our proposal on changes to the timer. We still haven't heard from two teams, and r_rolo1 can either force them to answer or simply adopt the changes.

If we don't hear back from him, then it might be an idea to push for a replacement or a deputy (probably deputy, probably easier for the other teams to agree to that).
Furthermore, I consider that forum views should be fluid in width
