Is the thought to get them to build the improvement so when we take their cities we don't have to build it

Any pictures of this marble?

I think the proximity of simple life clearly dictates that the marble is ours. Instruct the Germans and WPC that we are holding a competition. Whicher civ first to quarry it and gift us marble will earn our allegiance against the other.
The marble is the thunderdome. 2 civs enter 1 civ leaves.

Should it really be necessary to persuade our neighbors to connect their marble?
If you know what I mean.

Another idea. What about offering Univers one or two Hindu missionaries for OB? We can either send them via WPC land (probably safer) or CFC land.
I was also thinking about offering the Spanish the same, but CFC might not be too happy about that, and it seems Christianity has spread in Ulundi as of this turn, which is good news (I really doubt CivPlayers will do anything with their Christian holy city and Christianity anytime soon).
Furthermore, I consider that forum views should be fluid in width

We're already supplying missionaries to our own cities, WPC, and the German team. Please don't ask me to try and supply missionaries to teams on the other side of the world as well. Remember that this isn't Single Player; there's a limit to how many things even our team can do at once.
