Would edit but damn this phone. I don't mean tossing out our NAP, just the resource deals. And if they are inextricably tired together I'd be tempted to demand compensation for their failure to comply to the terms of the deal.

IMO we have no grounds to toss out anything. I think the deals we signed were dumb, but we should honor them.

well I agree w/ 7, that was a pretty silly part of the deal. once we complete the taj marble will be pretty useless... unless we want to build the sistene chapel or something else silly..

The trouble with our deal with CFC was that it put all their obligations to us as "should", and all our obligations to them as "shall". And their Nationalism beeline is good play from them.

Our play haven't really been beeline-focused either, up to the Liberalism play. More to get stuff we need to expand our economy ASAP, meaning a dedicated beeliner should always beat us until we get a large enough general advantage.
Furthermore, I consider that forum views should be fluid in width

That marble clause may be the reason they thought they could beat us to the Taj. So maybe it's not all bad. (Unless they do beat us, of course. smile)

Edit: I see Pindicator made the same point in the discussion thread.

All offensive spy actions are prohibited under the NAP with CFC. I think the plan is to put in Alphabet after Metal Casting.
