Ichabod still needs to accept forwarding.
The save's currently with Ichabod, I've set the game settings for No Vassal States and No tribal villages. If there were any goody huts on the map they'll still be there, but it doesn't look like the Torusland script generates any.

My pleasure. The tracker setup should be complete now.
And yes, it is very easy to cheat in a PBEM. So having a circle of trust like RB is very valuable. You can tighten the security a bit by enabling the "Lock modified assets" option, but since there are so many ways to cheat anyway it's kind of a pointless nuisance - akin to today's airport security measures.

My two cities at turn 3 are totally legit. They have nothing to do with Novice hacks.
