Building wealth all over, will still need 4 turns for Civil Service though.
I have to run.

Zakalwe predictably got Feudalism. Also, he ran the EP slider against me, as far as I can tell. That's... hostile.
His border city is stacked up with Archers. I'll let you keep this city for now, Zak.
Not pictured, me and Boldly's trireme are facing off on all fronts. There is much blockading going on. Boldly seems to have settled the marble too now, so I'll have to detach some triremes over there too...
Domestically, I'll turn on tech next turn and get Civil Service eot95.
Our capital is now better than Zak's.
Here it is. Bureaucracy+Representation will be very welcome.
Demos:
Looking pretty good since our MFG is doubling as GNP.
I have to run.

Glanced at the save, didn't see anything really unusual. zak got Feudalism, Mutually Assured Blockades is still going on, and Boldly may be moving up some triremes in the outer sea to pillage or blockade your stuff.

I took a stab at killing the two triremes that are now blockading Byte again, before they're joined by a third. It did not go well.
I attacked with two triremes and did little damage, and it gave Boldly a GG. I then attacked with a C1 galley at 40% odds and it lost flawlessly.
The rest of my galleys retreated, and I'm building two triremes out of Byte to reinforce. That poor city will never get the infra it wants.
I have to run.

My trireme in the north central sea spotted a sumerian galley, which I didn't feel I could let live. So I sank it, moved up a galley behind my trireme as support in case it's counterattacked, and unloaded a phalanx next to the copper on the north central island that's being worked by Dazed's city. I also forgot to take a screenshot of this. Next turn I could blockade Dazed's size 10 city and occupy and then pillage his copper, or I could refrain from doing so and hope Dazed keeps leaving me alone.
Boldly attacked a trireme of mine that was blockading his marble city, at the normal 32% odds. Annoyingly he won and only took one hit in the process.
I managed my empire to run 80% science and squeak out Civil Service using all of my treasury on deficit research. Boldly has a temporary naval advantage in the south central sea after my failed attack. He opted to retreat the most damaged trireme. The other one was unfortunately able to promoheal. Lucky for me, Boldly forgot to blockade, so I could work the fish in Byte this turn.
I was able to take most of my cities off wealth.
My tech tree after ending turn:
I have to run.

What are you doing with that settler? Not much space in the direction it's facing. I thought you were going to settle on the south central island (which is problematic right now due to the trireme losses, yeah).
