Kalin is correct, however be advised anything you do (change builds, move units, change techs, etc) WILL still happen as soon as the game is unpaused.

Hmm... I did a few things before realizing the game was pause. I'd like us to get some notice if possible when the game is unpaused... In particular that our turn is over, so if I messed something up I'd like to undo it before ZPV/dsplaisted end their turn.

how long is the pause?
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

If you really want to do something while logged in, just unpause it and repause it. You'll take minimal time off the clock (so no danger of the absentees missing a turn) but avoid that weird limbo where actions are queued but not done.

I think the pause is until tuesday.

Realistically, this is one of the advantages of pairing up (or having a system where an observer can carry out orders) makes a real difference to the holiday play schedule.

Tuesday! I'm flying out to Aust Monday evening so I will be out of pocket from then. TAD (my team mate) is back on the 5th. Thus there will be a hole where no BORG activity will occur.

I'll put together some instructions for T-Hawk (after discussion with TAD) so that we can play through that small window.

@T-Hawk and TAD - look for discussion in our thread. I'll post explicitly when TAD and I have agreed on our course. The first few posts will likely be suggestions and musings.

Can someone post when the game is unpaused (or if it's so already)? I have standby orders from Ruff to play from about 8/3 to 8/5 until TAD returns from vacation.
