I think William is doing well. His latest city and Hinduism grab are huge. He has copper and horses. He's next to Kuro and best of all knows Kuro just failed to nab the GLH. Shows good awareness. He also seems to have more land to expand into. Good job.

WillLP got really lucky with that Hinduism roll, it landed in his newest city, the one with probably the least pop. And it's in the perfect spot, frontline, dominates land, and brings in 3 special resources.

I also noticed that Kuro didn't mine that one last grass hill, but instead roaded it. Why? You're trying to build a wonder.

Also, WillLP's land is mostly all jungle garbage that will take ages and tons of workers to make productive. Luckily he has a nice chokepoint with a weak neighbour. Kuro also has a ton of land but the easily accessible half is all iceball garbage and the better half is probably contested by someone else. Anyone know who this lucky fella is?

My lazy guess is that Kuro's far east leads to the choke where Retep found the barb city a couple turns ago. 'Course this isn't based off much except that the east/west directions match at the choke and neither has had a rival approach from their respective direction.
