Its a bit hard to make suggestions - recent updates aren't really telling us what is going on in-game or what your plans are right now. I don't really have time to log in and find out either
Its a lot of work to update thoroughly enough to let us comment though, so this isn't meant as a criticism.

Yeah, I know. I kind of expected a reply such as that.
Tonight when I get home from work I'll log in again and try to take a bunch of screenshots and a bit more of an update. Though if you scroll up to the last update, not a whole lot has changed since then. Just been building up military on my end (and just completed two galleys, one of them whipped out) and preparing for both getting units across the water to settle my Iron while also setting up to invade WK to my north.
Nakor has pretty much been mass cottaging his lands while making some Hwacha's for me, and he just finished 3 settlers (2 for me, and 1 for his spices in the north). On a side note, the second settler for me will likely go to my Moai spot unless anyone looking at the screenshots have any better ideas.
But I'll also post updated screenshots tonight, unless Nakor can get some posted first.

What's our tech rate like relative to the other teams? We should probably think about pushing on Civil Service and/or Guilds.

Here's a few screenshots from my side of the world:
For the Iron city, I was originally thinking that first marked spot on the coast. But I'm also thinking it might be good to go one tile inland onto that Grass Hill. What do people think? The hill is of course better defense. But the coastal city gives us instant trade routes and allows me to instantly improve the iron.
The other settler will settle the Moai city east of my capital.
I just got my Gems improved, so I cancelled the trade of Nakor's Gems to me (so that gave him back a happy resource). I've also started improving my Incense, and will be improving my Spices as well.
Once we have Feudalism, I'll likely switch to Vassalage immediately for the increased XP as I produce my units.
Nakor, I made a note in-game, but that worker in the north chopping the forest on your spices....cancel his orders this turn and start a road next turn. Basically wait until you settle that city up there, so that the chop can go into a Granary for that city. Other than that, I'm too tired to think of anything else. Other than...what happened to the Missionary that was going to get built for your Moai city? That one needs religion to help speed up the Moai completion.

Thanks for the screenshots, HAK. I'll think about the city placement.

I'll post some screenshots tonight or tomorrow morning.
Followed your suggestions for the worker up north,
Hinduism spread to my Maoi city! I'll build another missionary for JB and for the new city.
Feudalism is in. I really think we need to get MC first to get Triremes up at JB.
Guild line afterwards (and CS) sounds good to me.

What about the tile 1E of the iron, so it can work the fish (plains cows aren't a very good solitary food resource)? Or even 1S of there so it's first-ring, though that would invalidate "Silver Cities'" proposed spot?

I've remembered the real reason I'm not much help at this point - I'm much better at micro than macro!
That said, what wonders are available soon and who do we think might go for them? Have the top-of tree wonders fallen and do we think RMOG are after them all? If so maces and a concerted war effort might win us a few cities from them...

So we are going to have a little difficulty trying to secure my Iron city. Lewwyn has a Spear on that grass hill I was hoping to settle on. Which means I either have to settle on one of those grassland tiles on the coast, or wait until I get another couple units over there to dislodge that spear. And hopefully he doesn't have a Settler that will be getting their next turn, or we're screwed.
I just landed an Archer & Chariot. So I quickly promoted the archer with First Strike & Shock.
Also, I switched over to Vassalage and my stupid Civ went into Strike and disbanded one of my Dog Soldiers up in the north. What do I have to do to prevent that? I had no clue that was going to happen.
I'll try to post a screenshot of the area by the Iron tomorrow if I can, but since I'm away this weekend and may have a busy day tomorrow, I might not be able to do.
