Well it's obviously forbidden diplomacy, nobody really cares at this point.

Nah I'm not going to. Not that I really could. I say just play it out like normal and offer peace, and if he wants to abandon his attack in favor of speeding the game up, cool I guess.
Yeah this makes the most sense to me.

Scooter, would you be able to duck in on your lunch and offer peace but not move anything?
I have to admit, not fighting would be a bit of a letdown, even though I know we're likely to lose. So if you don't that's no big deal

Oh yeah, forgot we can offer peace and not end turn. That makes sense too.
