I'd throw my hat into the ring if teamed up with someone who has played one of your Epic style MP games before. Would be interesting to say the least.
Not a PB signup thread

When this comes around I'm interested in taking part, especially since it's shaping up to be one of the more epic games of this site. My preference is to go solo if we aren't going to go over 18 players, or with a ded lurker teammate for input if they don't mind me being the turn player and overruling decisions a lot.
Well, as this thread title suggests, this isn't actually a sign up thread. The next RB mod PB can't really start until PB8 has finished, whenever that may be (could be tonight if people chose to concede, could still take another 3 months, I wouldn't know as I'm not watching closely). Someone will start a signup thread and people can sign up there for solo or team play, whichever they prefer.
That said, the standard stuff applies: don't sign up if can't guarantee turn a day pace minimum without a team, don't sign up solo if you might leave a month into the game, don't sign up if you can't stick to the "no double moves" mantra. And check the mod works first.
Oh and the general crap can get sorted later on, like game settings, picking choice and bans (if any). Just expect Ai diplomacy is my view.
Is the change log in the opening post of RB mod up to date? It seems that the chance is high that the game will be played with the mod and as it surely will take time to internalize all the relevant changes, I might as well get started..
Actually I would like to join but I need a partner

I realize that Sunrise is limited to one mod game at a time, but Brick is willing to spend a little more time for PB9-esque TLC on the balance of the map, and there are a lot of settings, teamings, and general-salivation-over-rolled-combos to go over. I think the bulk of the 8'ers are all for getting this ball rolling.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.
I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out.
Hell, we could cop a squat on Xenu's great ball of fire temporarily.
