It's the Cankantegorical Imperative.
I'd probably give one of my college professors a heart attack if I ever said "Cankantegorical Imperative".
And I wonder if it's messed up that I find all this highly amusing.

I checked out the turn 59 save. Things don't look too bleak, you haven't been left in the dust yet which isn't bad considering your lousy pick position. You have exactly 1/6th of global population and seem to have a bit of land to claim still.
Your happiness situation and your power rating is pretty terrible though.
I have to run.

Losing that gem spot was a big hit on happiness and early commerce plans, unfortunately. My thought right now is to whip the worker in RebelProphecy into a settler for the ivory spot. Decent food but, more importantly, another happy resource.
I guess going for Calendar after Maths could be an option, instead of Currency. What do you think?
I'm working on the power graph. I really don't know how the other players have so big military straight from the start. Where are the hammers coming from?
I'll try and post some more thoughts today. I think I still have some decent land to expand into and maybe people will let me alone for longer, due to me being a weak player. We'll see.

I would go currency before calendar. You still have room to expand horizontally so your happy cap isn't critical.

Did you have anything more coming for that city that stole my fish Ichabod? Because if that spear was the only defender for the next 3 turns, you would have lost it.

I'd have lost it.
Maybe an axe... I can't remember what the city above it was building.
