He's doing okay, but that game is tech trading so that isn't much of an indicator. I'd say he's decidedly below average compared to the veterans on RB.

In the duel league (check completed games forum) he got beat by Mackoti and Yuris, and he beat Catwalk. I agree with Noble.

Looking at civstats right now it appears that there are 141887 hours or so left. I think this turn may take a while

Most likely not normal but I don't know if it were a civstats or server issue.
