btw. settings discussion has been totally alright and my opinions are just opinions i.e. Maga is the organizer making the desicions and we both share the common goal of educational game where experienced players help out inexperienced ones.
Now, after exchanging couple of messages with Maga I realize that I made the desicion to bail out too hastily and I'm still available to be used as Admin, if you still want me.

If you try to get more sign-ups, then it is good to have a thread here. Nevertheless you can also start another thread here to collect sign ups or in the Pitboss 14 thread to concentrate on settings/rules discussion.
