May as well report the account as compromised to Google and see if they disable it. Or, better, sign up that account to a slew of unsavory things from the internet. You know, just to annoy them. Scooter's rich Nigerian uncle for instance would love their address. Sign them up for random porn sites in non-Roman alphabet languages so they can't opt out. Fun for all...

I think it's more likely their diplo player got run over by a bus a year ago, and nobody bothered to replace him.
