Scooter, We should an email to univCiv asking for this gold. Otherwise, we can't run100%.
We also need 200 gold more for running 100% on turn 175. May be ask WPC or run wealth in some city. Hopefully 4 turns of 100% is enough for Rifling...

Sorry, my interest in this game is pretty much gone for a variety of reasons.

They obviously want to keep a bit of a reserve fund, and I don't think we're really in a position to be pressuring them to send more. If most of you want to ask anyway, I can do that, but that's my general feeling.
