[SPOILERS] Margarita and the Lurkers

I went N-NE, coast was revealed 2N of original scout location. Bad news is that this turn we can move only 1E onto a jungle tile. Good news it that a move after that would be a 2-tile one and would likely give us a peek into Eagles & Condors' capitol smile.

Scouting: in game the tile in the fog 1NE of their cap is clearly a lake. If we could get to the tile 1NE of that one we can look into their capital tile. So I'd say get to that one, although iirc it takes 2-3 turns. Just try and use as many moves as poss to get there; I vaguely remember being able to go 1N-1NE. Looks like we're up though I can't play it for another 8 hours, please go ahead if you can.

I saw their response. Sounds good, exactly what we want to hear. I'll give you more detail on my thoughts tonight

Hmm, adding attachments is really simple, I guess you just miss the button wink

So, first look at the bottom left part of the screenie above. You need first to "choose file". Then "add attachment" - bottom right. Last thing is "insert into post", again bottom right (not visible on the screenshot above because it only appears after attachment is added). The image will be inserted where the cursor is. Hope it will work for you now wink.

Yossadorn got Mining. We can also see jump in crop yield and GNP - 4 teams starting with Fishing finished their Workboats.

Turn 9 demo update:

Nobody researched new tech.

Will try to do more detailed overview what various teams are up to this weekend.

Yes, we got a very friendly response from Dog Soldiers' Masters biggrin. They are also asking us how we envision peaceful collaboration between our nations.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the matter, Slaze smile. I agree we should respond tonight.

Technology overview:

1. Orgynized: Fishing + Agriculture, Hunting (T7), currently researching AH
2. Care Bears: Mysticism + Mining
3. Master and Margarita: Agriculture + Wheel
4. Yossadorn: Agriculture + Mysticism, Mining (T8 )
5. Eagles & Condors: Fishing + Agriculture, most likely researching AH
6. Dinosaurs: Fishing + Mining
7. BowsAi: Agriculture + Hunting, currently researching AH
8. EggHeads: Mysticism + Wheel, Hunting (T7) huh
9. Gladiator's Glory: Fishing + Mining
10. Cannibals: Agriculture + Wheel, Hunting (T6), most likely researching AH

Interesting observations:

* 3 teams chose Hunting as their first tech
* Only one team (Yossadorn) chose Mining
* as expected, nobody chose to open with Mysticism
* unexpectedly (to me) nobody opened with Fishing - I am pretty sure everybody has Fish in their BFC huh

In 2 turns from now, we will see Native American capitol. That will be also a first test of our demohacking.

So far our predictions are:

* they have exactly 6 land tiles in the first ring
* they have a forested plain hill in the first ring
* they went WB first and are currently working an improved fish resource

Turn 10 demo update:

Two teams got non-military technology this turn: Bears (Yuufo) and Dinosaurs. Since teams were changing tiles worked etc at least couple times (e.g. turn 4) is is difficult to know exactly what it was.

For Yuufo, Agriculture or Meditationn seem most likely. We did not get in-game message about religion beeing found - is it possible that because of "choose religion" the game is waiting for them to choose? They logged in, but did not finish the turn. EDIT: they finished turn, not religion message, so Meditation is out of question.

For Dinosaurs, if they have not changed research at some point, it should be Masonry huh Early bid for a Great Wall? Would be rather strange .... It can be also Agriculture, with some research in another tech.

Tech overview:

1. Orgynized: Fishing + Agriculture, Hunting (T7), currently researching AH
2. Care Bears: Mysticism + Mining, Agriculture? (T10)
3. Master and Margarita: Agriculture + Wheel
4. Yossadorn: Agriculture + Mysticism, Mining (T8 )
5. Eagles & Condors: Fishing + Agriculture, most likely researching AH
6. Dinosaurs: Fishing + Mining, Agriculture? (T10)
7. BowsAi: Agriculture + Hunting, currently researching AH
8. EggHeads: Mysticism + Wheel, Hunting (T7) huh
9. Gladiator's Glory: Fishing + Mining
10. Cannibals: Agriculture + Wheel, Hunting (T6), most likely researching AH

I even managed to get some screenies smile. Below you see our scout circling Native American capitol. This turn we will move SE->SE and will have a peek into their headquaters, Terminus. There is four players on that team and they seem to have that many themes going wink, one of them is Native America with Eagles and Condors, another is (not) Star Wars and they call themselves also Foundation, probably for Asimov's novel.

We got a look into Native American capitol, and EP analysis shows they are building a worker. I was thinking WB was much more likely huh. EXP worker is great with a PFH in the BFC, sure, but why would they pick Native America, then, if they planned to start with a worker anyway? I hope not for the Dog Soldiers lol Especially that we are still awaiting their answer to our NAP offer ...

Slaze,

I ended previous turn on the tile SE-SE of where the scout is in 2 posts above, the one giving us visibility on their capitol (still cannot manage to take screenies frown). I would move 1NE->E now, ending on a costal hill, or perhaps 1NE-1SE, also ending on a hill. It is a bit disappointing that we see only half of their BFC, somehow I was not expecting that lol. Anyway, circling their capitol does not seem worthy now - we know everything we wanted to know from espionage anyway wink - so I would just continue moving East to meet another civ.

Still not response of any kind from Native Americans, although their are very active in their thread.

Let me know what you think and whether I should play the turn.
