I'm heading off now - I think you might need to log in when the reload happens and switch the build in Bay of Pigs to be a barracks. Cheers...

Oh, and my attempts at a t65 plan:
Plains Cow city

Rice city

There are some cottage turns mixed in here, so Bay of Pigs has grown at a different speed in the two scenarios...

Have you got this turn Fintourist? Only 8 hours on the clock...

Turn 47

Our slow train keeps going forward..

I whipped the settler as planned and our work boat had time to reveal a new source of jungled dyes.

Our demos are as bad as ever: crazyeye

While I'm trying to recover from a crayfish party I might as well give a try with our sandbox..

It's quite a common tradition in Finland and Sweden that in the late summer when the crayfish season starts, companies/families/some other groups orginize a crayfish event. In our case it includes eating crayfish, singing and drinking way too many shots of alcohol (always when a song ends).. If you google it you'll find images that are close enough. But just to be clear, we were not using silly hats.. That's I guess a Swedish thing.. crazyeye

Ok, here is my idea of how our T65 could look like:

[Image: PB%2013%20T65%20Fintourist%20vol10000.JPG]

This is a very different approach compared to your last posts in the sense that I prioritise the speed in getting our cities 4 & 5 up and thus delay infra builds. IIRC correctly, City D gets founded on T58, and City E will be settled on T67. I also have one more worker (5) running around doing stuff.

My gut feel just says that granaries are important and we will need them already yesterday, but we want to get new functional cities asap.

I can and will provide detailed micro instructions related to this plan, but what are your general thoughts on this? Granaries will be next, I promise! crazyeye

EDIT: And here is the save if you want to take a closer look!

I just don't know how to value granaries against the earlier cities...

I guess each city turn earlier is worth ~7 foodhammers and two commerce, while the granaries are worth the no of food they save if we build them before the settlers. It sounds like settlers could be better right now, but I wonder if we should ever build granaries in that case... Can you try to get a figure for that calculation?

I'm not totally sold that this is the right way to quantify the benefits, but I don't have yet a better proposal. lol I'll provide some kind of comparison and T48 report in couple of hours!
