Really hope you find time to look at my ideas Noble. Below the preliminary plan how to work the cities to get 4 GPs in the GA. We can in theory run for Music as well at that point, not sure we can make it in the GA though, but in theory we might.

Cities are right now setup to follow this plan. That means especially Carina (working a scientist) and Iris (working the Engineer). Carina will still finish the forge in 4 turns and I don't think there is a need to whip it as we won't be in a religion next turn so there is no need to get missionaries asap either. Oh... wait... fuck. My plan only works if all cities have religion of course else they won't benefit from Pacifism obviously. *sigh* Why does this have to be so complicated?
Ok, think... we need 3 missionaries. We can whip the forge next turn. It has 78 hammers in it after this turn. With a whip that's 138 + 19 production = 157. 37 overflow = 29 next turn. +19 production is 48 + 25% forge = 60. So monastery EOT122. 19 production + 25% = 23. So first missionary on T124. EOT126 the second. That's not enough + another city would need to take over from Carina the GPP-duty which could be Ana Paula. Which can have 84 GPP at the start of T127. It can then run 2 turns 9 scientists (Total food: 37, -13 each turn = 11) and 8 scientists on T129 (food box = 0). Gives 84 + 81 + 81 + 72 = 318 GPP. Not exactly correct because I can't work both scientists now and make +1 food, but it is possible by changing to the grassland cottage that will be unworked from the cap by T121. So that's 3 GPP less, still enough.
Ok. So we can get Ana Paula to the 300 one in time. Still the missionary issue. One can get to Iris in time if I use one galley by T125. Means the island city has to be delayed if we want it perfectly secured. Though at least that means the wbs will be there in time. Ok, the other missionary will reach Pamela a turn late but that will cost "just" 23 GPP, so the 500 one will still be on T133. That leaves the issue of how to get a missionary to Heidi. What if we double whip again?
EOT122: Monastery finished no overflow
EOT123: 2 hammers into missionary
EOT124: 2-pop whip + 3 production (...) = 80 total -> missionary for Iris, 40 overflow
EOT125: 32 adj. overflow + 16 production = 48 +25% = 60 -> missionary for Heidi, 20 overflow
EOT126: 16 adj. overflow + 16 production = 32 +25% = 40 -> missionary for Pamela
Wow that is fucked but works somehow. Noble, I need your input if you somehow find time. I would do this, but I'm prone to like those plans even if they suck
Oh, also, Ana Paula will be more than 3 GPP off because the grassland cottage is not in range
but we can work the iron for T123 and T124 as we don't need it for the capital. At least one turn is necessary so we have the additional 3 GPP (we have 42 right now and get 3 more for 7 turns with the scientist = 63. We get another 234 definitely in the first 3 GA turns. So we just need 3 GPP more to get the 300 one).
