[SPOILERS] Serdoa, Ichabod and Ex-Girlfriends - co-starring NH,Bigger and Lewwyn

Really hope you find time to look at my ideas Noble. Below the preliminary plan how to work the cities to get 4 GPs in the GA. We can in theory run for Music as well at that point, not sure we can make it in the GA though, but in theory we might.

Cities are right now setup to follow this plan. That means especially Carina (working a scientist) and Iris (working the Engineer). Carina will still finish the forge in 4 turns and I don't think there is a need to whip it as we won't be in a religion next turn so there is no need to get missionaries asap either. Oh... wait... fuck. My plan only works if all cities have religion of course else they won't benefit from Pacifism obviously. *sigh* Why does this have to be so complicated?

Ok, think... we need 3 missionaries. We can whip the forge next turn. It has 78 hammers in it after this turn. With a whip that's 138 + 19 production = 157. 37 overflow = 29 next turn. +19 production is 48 + 25% forge = 60. So monastery EOT122. 19 production + 25% = 23. So first missionary on T124. EOT126 the second. That's not enough + another city would need to take over from Carina the GPP-duty which could be Ana Paula. Which can have 84 GPP at the start of T127. It can then run 2 turns 9 scientists (Total food: 37, -13 each turn = 11) and 8 scientists on T129 (food box = 0). Gives 84 + 81 + 81 + 72 = 318 GPP. Not exactly correct because I can't work both scientists now and make +1 food, but it is possible by changing to the grassland cottage that will be unworked from the cap by T121. So that's 3 GPP less, still enough.

Ok. So we can get Ana Paula to the 300 one in time. Still the missionary issue. One can get to Iris in time if I use one galley by T125. Means the island city has to be delayed if we want it perfectly secured. Though at least that means the wbs will be there in time. Ok, the other missionary will reach Pamela a turn late but that will cost "just" 23 GPP, so the 500 one will still be on T133. That leaves the issue of how to get a missionary to Heidi. What if we double whip again?

EOT122: Monastery finished no overflow
EOT123: 2 hammers into missionary
EOT124: 2-pop whip + 3 production (...) = 80 total -> missionary for Iris, 40 overflow
EOT125: 32 adj. overflow + 16 production = 48 +25% = 60 -> missionary for Heidi, 20 overflow
EOT126: 16 adj. overflow + 16 production = 32 +25% = 40 -> missionary for Pamela

Wow that is fucked but works somehow. Noble, I need your input if you somehow find time. I would do this, but I'm prone to like those plans even if they suck wink

Oh, also, Ana Paula will be more than 3 GPP off because the grassland cottage is not in range duh but we can work the iron for T123 and T124 as we don't need it for the capital. At least one turn is necessary so we have the additional 3 GPP (we have 42 right now and get 3 more for 7 turns with the scientist = 63. We get another 234 definitely in the first 3 GA turns. So we just need 3 GPP more to get the 300 one).

The GA plan sounds like a decent idea but I haven't looked in detail. Only corrections I have are that Theo is a religious civic so it can't be used at the same time as Pacifism. lol And the citizen starves before it produces anything. Just remember that you need religion in the GP cities but it looks like you have that covered.

Hey I'm playing in an online-game of Civ4 and know that every day there is a turn to be played. But do I care? Heck no, I just ask for a pause - if I do that and don't just assume that others will pause in time for me - and let everyone wait 12 hours.

Honestly, I know that from time to time a pause will be needed and that's fine, I sure will request at some point one as well. But we yet again pause just because someone decided that his other hobbies are more important. And that's not fine. That's annoying. Even more so that the clock was nearly ticked down so that we - yet again - would have needed a reload because even giving note that a pause is needed is too much asked for.

BaII moved a settler onto the axe last turn. I guess he'll settle this turn.

Ewwwwww you are using the Moai city for GPP and starving it. Can we find another city please? GA Moai should be used to build the new palace, wonders, or settlers. Or like several buildings.

Only other city is our cottage city that has enough pop imo. And that is growing much slower back then the Moai one. But I'll take another look. Else we just generate 3 GP if you think the 4th one isn't worth starving the Moai-city for.

edit: Forget the first part. Ana Paula is already producing the first GP. No way it can produce the 4th as well.

Well, seems like he did not only attack out but won at least one fight without even taking a scratch. I guess I should take the cease fire.

Took it. He had at least another chariot nearby as well. If I should make a guess probably more than those, as he offered only a cease fire not a peace deal so he doesn't want to get locked into 10 turns peace. We lost vulture and chariot for a chariot of his. Check on the builds if you find time Noble, I think we need even more military as I assume he will soon try to test us.

And I settled Nicole.

Didn't really get a chance to take an extended look, but I did accept an offer of OB from yurimack. Interestingly it seems they have a route to us right now but not the reverse, but I expect that to change soon. Unfortunately I moved C without realizing that we didn't have enough worker turns to finish the sugar plantation this turn, my bad.

Whoa, shit. Apparently yurimack has a galley northeast of Sabine that I totally missed. It's actually in range of Sabine right now, and they can see the city before declaring if they move south. -_- I went ahead and whipped the spear (whipping off the null tile) but if they declare and attack this turn we can't do anything about it.

Not sure why we're building a ziggurat in Iris if we're moving the capital there soon. crazyeye Anyway I'm inclined to say we should just go for 3 GPs and build stuff in Iris. We could use a temple, market, monastery, library, settlers, units...
