Spoke to Caledorn, I barely understood what he had to say because I'm crap with technology, but looks like we are on a temporary holiday.
It seems the server is completely borked after a brief power failure (corrupted files etc etc), and needs at least a reinstall - possibly new hardware. The game will be down at least 2 days. If I need new hardware, the game should be back up again on tuesday or wednesday next week, as I have to wait for the parts to arrive in stock at the local supplier. Sorry guys!

I'm loving this new hardware so far. It's a lot quicker than the old one. I am en route to having the game up tomorrow as planned.
