Got it! Apparently the trick was:
1) have the Mod in the Program Files Civ4 directory and
2) DON'T have it in the documents and settings civ4 mods directory (it only worked after I deleted it from there).

I reinstalled windows yesterday, so I've had fun getting drivers and everything set up. I think I've sorted the natneg server out, but I would appreciate it if someone could try to join the game whilst I'm in. I'm on gchat at the usual address if I am blocking someone and you need me to get out.

Also, another reminder that all players should give thei passwords to a third party ie Seven or T-hawk in case anyone goes AWOL.

So, Xenu will do it when he has finished what he is doing, but if Grimace or Caledorn are around they can do it now. I imagine that Caledorn is asleep given his time zone, but I don't know where Grimace is.
