No it's not. I mean, yes it's new but it's intended in as much that the forest commerce is taken into account on the forest improvements of the preserve and lumber mill.

100% in the base game means 30h instead of 60. 300% of a 40h build means 10 instead of 40, plus the 20h from the pier which is also 30h instead of 60. So you get your org lighthouse at the same cost as before

Maybe. I'd have thought so. But how did you build that many wonders is the more pressing question.

Just checked some XML it doesn't look like AK affects great prophets but no reason to not make that change.
